Excellent product
This is an excellent powder - it has a slightly sweet tang but nothing overpowering, and works really well in smoothies as it doesn't affect the overall flavour. Dissolves easily and has not caused any side effects. So far so good and I shall give it a couple of months as these things need time.

Good Inositol supplement
I’ve been taking Inositol for over 6 months now. When I first started taking it, I had some stomach upset but that lessened with time.It takes over 3 months to see effects, so it’s important to persevere. This tub should give you enough powder to see if it’s making a difference to you. I personally find it really helps me.This powder tastes sweet and dissolves easily into drinks. The provided scoop helps to dose the correct amount.

Tastes good
This fast absorbing myoinositol powder is great on its own or mixed in any sort of drink. Taste is not bad and is easy dissolvable and contains 50 servings. It is too early for me to say if it actually works as I only just started taking it but so far so good.

This Supplement for PCOS arrived packed in a jar.So this supplement contains inositol which helps with hormonal balance and menstrual cycle support particularly helpful for women with pcos. It actually contains essential ingredients however I mentioned the most important one inositol.The box contains 200g powder which will last long .The powder needs to be mixed in water or a drink and then drink it. It has a nice flavour which is easy to take.Will be able to comment about the effectiveness after some time.

Easy myo inositol boost
This Myo inositol powder is so easy to use. I just mix it into my water in the morning, but it dissolves easily in pretty much any drink. I've even added it to smoothies and juice with no problems. The taste is actually pretty pleasant, not bad at all, which is a big plus.

This is a tub of 200g myoinositol powder, which is advertised as having no artificial additives. A typical serving is 4g and a tiny scoop which measures half a gram is provided. So we need eight of these scoops to match the 4g serving which makes things a bit of a performance. I just started using a spoon instead.It can be mixed into hot or cold drinks. I use juice and the powder dissolves easily without a trace. It is odourless and has a sweet taste, undetectable in stronger flavoured drinks, so it can be dissolved in water and is still palatable.It is gentle on the digestive system, and I've had no adverse effects from taking it. The tub looks quite large but on opening it is only half full which makes me wonder if it needs to be quite so big. It is suitable for vegans.Not bad overall, but the presentation is a bit quirky.

Excellent Quality!
This powder is excellent quality and very easy to use, the powder can be placed in any type of liquid and drunk; I have not experienced any stomach issues using this powder and I find it really convenient and better than using tablets or capsules; very good supplement to add to your health regime. Good value for money due to the quality and large size of container. Highly recommend!!

Took 4 days to feel a difference. Consistency is key if taking to dilute pcos or endo symptoms
Doesn’t include any fillers I actively avoid. You can only dissolve it in still cold drinks. It does take a while to dissolve. If adding to smoothie, add after you add liquids, it can stick to cup even after blending. Can’t taste it in squash. Observed changes on day 4: less bloat, less night sweats, anxiety less intense, feel full after meals, even turned down snack.Tip: if you’re not a breakfast person, add this, a tablespoon of soaked chia seeds, (or wait 30 mins to expand) to water this with a squeeze of lemon, squash, or use cooled herbal tea.
