Love this printer. Only took 15 minutes to set up out of the box. So far I've had no issues with it at all and have been running it non-stop for about a month. I've run PETG, PLA, TPU, and ABS through it with absolutely no issues or defects in print quality. Would definitely recommend this printer.

I picked this up as an upgrade to my K1C. Mostly because I needed a heated chamber for a few projects and the larger build area was a nice bonus. 100+ hours of printing in and the K1C has been put in storage until I have time to go through it and figure out why the K2 Pro prints so much better. I don't know if it's the 4 post bed vs 3 post, the linear rail for the toolhead, or what. But the prints come out considerably better looking in terms of layer lines on the K2 Pro.

Update: I have just ordered my 4th LD002H, the last three were defective. My first one developed the well known LCD problem (red one) after a few weeks. The replacement (Green one first print) came with the LED already screwed up! I received #3 this morning and when I removed it from the box, the vertical column which is supposed to be rock solid, wobbled like a drunken sailor. At least 1/4" play, when it's supposed to be within microns. Back it goes with the other 2. It seemed like there were bolts that hadn't been tightened. How this passed QC (assuming there is any at Creality) is beyond me. I'm going to keep ordering and returning until I get one that works, or Amazon drops these jokers! If they built it right it would be the best in it's class... Maybe I'll get lucky!? My original review of my first one when it was working: I have been following the progress of 3D printers and over the years, it became apparent that a resin printer was really the way to go, but they were slow, expensive, noxious and messy. Finally the affordable, "fast", odorless and water washable printer has been delivered by Creality. Filament always seemed to Rube Goldberg for my tastes. Pullies and spools and critical alignments seemed like a long slippery slope to wasting time for mediocre results. While the printer was on the way I watched a few You Tube videos, downloaded and configured Lychee Slicer and a few model pilots from Thingiverse. When the printer arrived, I unpacked it, set it up on my kitchen counter, poured in the Elegoo resin I had ordered at the same time, downloaded the slice model to the included thumb drive, did the level procedure which takes a minute or so and pushed print. Three hours later a perfect print of a pilot was waiting to be washed and cured. I used a 5 gallon pail in the sink (gloves of course) to catch the rinse water and then place the pail in the sun to cure and allow the particles to settle and then dispose of the water and toss the cured plastic. In the first week I have gone through 3 bottles of water washable resin, the secret ingredient to making this product fun to use and affordable. Not a single failed print! There was one issue with the printer, the cover was warped and would not fit on the base properly. An email to Creality, and a new one is on the way. Couldn't ask for better service. Even with the miss fitting cover, there was almost no odor in the kitchen doe to the extraction fan loaded with activated carbon. I assume that with a proper fit, even that mild order would probably not be noticeable. I situated in the kitchen as my work benches are loaded with projects that are incompatible with resin spills and also for a long print session. Besides printing pilots and parts for my RC Plane hobby, I have produced some parts for my son's medical practice, accessories for my Airbrush, and even a Bernie Sanders figure with mittens and folding chair. Creality has produced the best product since sliced bread. The monochrome LCD is 4 times faster then prior models so spend the extra $50, it's a no brainer! Must have accessories are extra FEP (one is provided with the printer), a curing lamp and turntable (from Amazon, (I use a 2 1/2 gallon pail with the interior spray painted with aluminum paint), a flexible steel build plate which allows models to snap off instead of being scraped off (Available from the Creality online shop), a stainless filter and silicone funnel or fine paint filters (Also included) and of course water washable resin. I absolutely recommend this product and the Creality company. (ha ha ha ha ha fooled me~!)

I purchased the Creality K1C expecting a high-quality, high-speed 3D printer, but after just three months of use, it has become completely unusable. The printer now fails mid-print every time, consistently at the same height, no matter what I do. I have tried everything—replacing the extruder, nozzle, checking for clogs, adjusting belt tension, using only Creality PLA, and following every troubleshooting step provided by their support team. Despite all this effort, the problem has only gotten worse, with prints now failing within the first few minutes. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of effective support. I have been going back and forth with Creality’s support team for two weeks, providing videos, photos, and detailed explanations, yet there has been no real solution. They keep asking me to test different things, but nothing has worked, and I feel stuck in an endless loop of troubleshooting with no actual resolution. Now, I have had to wake up in the middle of the night just to try to get help, but the issue remains. At this point, I strongly believe my unit is defective, and I have asked for a replacement, but Creality has not taken any steps to resolve this properly. A 3D printer at this price should not fail this quickly, and customer support should be much more efficient in handling such issues. Update: Issue was solved by the support team.

This printer is solid and easy to use. I wish I had one when I was younger. However, its use crosses generations. I bought the printer for my daughter. With the help of some downloaded instructions the setup was easy and she completed it in no time (so a big thanks to all the folks who gave setup instructions). My daughter printed a couple of small pieces to assess the speed and functionality of the printer. All corners and edges came out smooth and we will continue to assess durability. I purchased multiple colors, the piece was beautiful with minimal filament loss. I would recommend this printer to others based on its initial use. We can comment later about above when we have used over time.

Definitely not a good first printer from what I’ve experienced but overall it completes its prints well. I will note that it challenges its owner frequently, broken extenders, broken ribbon wire or even bad sensors, the K1C is a beautiful piece of circuitry and creative modularity but it lacks the proper hardware in certain aspects like a notoriously fragile extruder and clogging happening inside the nozzle. Creality made up for it decently well with an easy hot swap extruder and collaboration with companies to make more durable extruders that you unfortunately must by separately, along with that they created their entire own network and cloud just for creailty products, making printing either super simple and easy to understand, or highly broken down for distinct preference settings. Overall I personally love my K1C, sometimes hobbies are hard and require more depth, I enjoy that but would love for the parts that don’t break to either be already on the machine, or more affordable for print optimization.

Coming from a cheap bed slinger this is a major upgrade. I used to have to tinker so much to get good prints but this thing just prints perfectly out of the box. If you want something that can print a wide variety of materials that require an enclosure and you just want it to work without issue then get this printer. The dedicated slicer software is also really nice, by default the options are pretty beginnerish but you can dig down and fine tune everything if you wanted or needed to but so far it just works. I have mine set to calibrate before each print.
