I hope to see some good effects.
I only started using it less than 2 weeks ago, so I can't really say much. The size of the capsules leans on the large side. But in my opinion, it's not difficult to swallow.

Time will tell
Having been told eating lots of oily fish would be beneficial to my health, I decided to try these as a supplement.They are quite large and really need a drink to help them go down.Time will tell.There is one area of concern, I'm on blood thinners, after a stroke in 2017. On one if my feeds it popped up that taking these, whilst on thinners, can interfere and cause excessive bleeding.Might be worth getting some advice before taking.
