Love love love this! I use the shampoo, the conditioner and the mask. I understand it's their more expensive "line" but when I use the three of them together, my hair really is softer, shinier and less frizzy. I have a terrible time with frizz sometimes. The smell is nice but not overpowering. Overall, I think it's worth the up charge.

Frustrated with some other expensive brands, I came across Dove intensive repair conditioner. I have oily scalp, so I only use this on the ends. I have been using this conditioner for a few weeks; I noticed that my hair is softer. The conditioner also gives my hair some shine. It is not greasy, and it works well to make sure my hair is not tangled. One thing to note though is that it has a strong scent. I think it smells great, but if you're sensitive to perfumy smell, this might not be for you.

Like many here, I was influenced to buy this conditioner by Abbey Yung and well, our girl did not tell a lie. This stuff is phenomenal. My hair has never felt softer, more moisturized or looked shinier. The smell is insane. If they made a perfume with this scent, I'd be first in line to buy it. But if you're sensitive to scent, don't let this deter you because it's a very neutral clean scent. The texture of the conditioner is very luxurious, like a high-end shampoo. I bought this a couple months ago and am not even halfway done with the bottle so the value is amazing. I look forward to a long relationship with this conditioner (and the shampoo too!)

Great shampoo. It leaves my hair soft, shinny, untangled, but unfortunately it has paraben and sulfates, so if you don't dye your hair, it's a great choice.

I have cycled through almost all the salon-exclusive brands (Pureology, Davines, Aveda, etc) as well as Prose with their very expensive, custom formulas. This conditioner (and the matching shampoo) work better to make my wavy, thick, damaged hair silky and shiny and detangled. This works better than ANY other conditioner I've ever tried.The pump bottle is super convenient, and the price means I don't think twice about using 3-4 pumps on my thick hair. I get blonde highlights once per year but I wash my hair daily because I have a sensitive scalp and end up with irritated skin if I don't wash my hair daily. Due to the constant washing, my hair is usually prone to dryness and tangles. This conditioner is heaven. The scent is admittedly the only drawback, as it is very strong in comparison to some of the salon-favored brands that use more complex fragrance combinations.I'd happily smell like Dove with healthy hair than stick with the other brands and have my previously dry, dull, and brittle hair from the conditioners that cost me 3-4x more than this huge bottle for 8oz of product.
