Fitting lock
Great bit of kit, need 24mm flat drill bit to install door latch, 7mm for two fixing screws, 25mm flat drill bit to sink back of handle mechanism in to door, need to do this both sides of door, this will ensure handle base will sit flush to door, and handle return to original position when released, if you don't, your handles will more than likely stay in the down position as the spring mechanism will bind on the door. Was able to fully tighten handles with a good secure fit and fully functional.

Doesnt work at all. The lock was bought to keep someone out of a room but it appears on muitlple occasions this lock hasn't done its job at all. Just pushing the door woth a little bit of force means the door will burst wide open. Very disappointing.

Digital lock
Installation went well, I would suggest the appropriate door/lock jug if you are inexperienced. Setup is a little confusing, getting the app makes things a lot easier. Especially the fingerprint setup. Really looks nice when installed, even has a doorbell facility.

Poor quality
Wouldn't recommend, been fitted for less than a month and the handle keeps coming unthreaded and loose out the fixing. Each time tried tightening back up keeps happening so now have replaced back to the normal door handle. Waste of money as cannot send back

Great door handle
Really great smart door handle. Recognises my fingerprints and codes very well with the odd slip up here and there if the finger isnโt on the sensor properly but apart from that itโs great and it has amazing app control too. Great value for money. Love the design of it too adds a luxurious vibe. The size is perfect for my door too. 5/5

Buggy door lock
2 months of use and the lock is temperamental bugs in and out not worth the money so save it and buy something better

Its mot like the advert no numbers on the handle, no charger, not worth the money

No reply from seller
The door handle is fitted and the basic operation works fine. Users set up and entry and exit ok. What I want is an open period of 6 hours that locks when the time expires. This would allow entry and exit to anyone. I asked the seller but no reply. Does anyone have any success stories they want to share
