Yummy. These cholesterol supplement candies have been surprisingly effective since I started taking them to help control my cholesterol levels. Red yeast rice, bergamot orange, black pepper, and plant sterols and stanolsall of which I've heard are known to promote heart health are mixed together in each gummy. I appreciate that they are gummy and that each serving has 2000 mg of plant sterols, which is a good boost.

Natural Cholesterol control
They taste good and breakdown well when chewing but price should be a little lower. Red Yeast Rice is known to reduce cholesterol levels and the plant stenols are an added bonus which are known to also be effective in reducing levels but I won’t know until I have blood work done. If you are already taking Statins talk to your doctor before taking these as there may be interactions. If you want to take the natural course of action against cholesterol then it is worth giving these a try.

Good tasting supplement, but unsure of benefits
Price is right. Ingredients seem good quality. I love the idea of having something I can take once a day and it has the potential to offset my cholesterol levels. The taste is better than any of the cholesterol gummy I have tried in the past. Easy to chew and swallow and no aftertaste. Good value.

Gave me headaches
Been trying to lower cholesterol for ages but statins always have too many side effects. Thought I'd give these a go. They taste good, so there's that. But I wasn't able to take them as the first couple of times I tried I got a headache. Probably just me, I'm sensitive like that. Hopefully they work for you...

Great Tasting!
These are great tasting gummies. Clean ingredients listing so a good way to try to keep cholesterol at a healthy level. It actually feels like having a treat so not like taking a supplement. I will have to wait until I have my blood work done before I can validate the effectiveness of these, but based on initial observation these are a great way to try to stay healthy. Happy customer!
