I very often wear scarves or shawls and have built up quite a collection mostly in silk or cashmere over the years. This is the first time that I have bought something of the sort through Amazon and when my long scarf arrived the other day I was delighted with it: the fabric is soft and luxurious, the Klimt figures on the scarf very well done yet discreet ( I wouldn't have liked to go about with an art poster round my neck ), the colours harmonious, bright but not overwhelming: a pretty complement to many of my things . In all an original accessory that has already earned quite a few " oohs and aahs" from friends, elegant enough to wear with a .formal ensemble but at the same time suitable for adding verve to a prosaic outfit of jeans, top and casual jacket. Smooth, "slinky" feel to the fabric. Very nice to wear : the only small defect is that though I did measure out the size, I somehow expected it to be more voluminous, so this was not quite consistent with the photos of the item. It is a long, fairly wide scarf that can be worn doubled or knotted at the throat, but not draped around one's shoulders like a wrap. Even so an eccellent buy for the price. Would defnitely reccomend.

I gave it to my wife and she liked it so now we are both happy.

Frankly appalling that sellers on Amazon believe that they can get away with this blatant misrepresentation of the product they are actually selling. It's nothing like the alleged photographic representation of the scarf shown on the Amazon UK website. What I expected was a scarf with a vivid gold and blue Gustav Klimt pattern as per the picture on the website. What I got was a poor facsimile predominantly gold almost no blue and without any of the intensity of the product pictured in the advert.

Not as shiny and premium as advertised. Bought this as a gift and expected something else to be honest

stunning, colourful, hand made and good quality. only query i have is that it is called 'tree of life' but the picture on it is 'the kiss'
