Please read this entire review because my initial experience changed. I purchased these to take with me to Europe. I use about 1/4 cup of protein powder in my coffee every morning, but didn’t want to pack a baggie of what I use daily. I saw these individual packets and thought they were a great solution. It did not dissolve at all in my coffee. It clumped up and settled at the bottom. I did not try dissolving it in a cold beverage like almond milk so I don’t know what would have occurred. I figured if it didn’t dissolve in something warm then the odds were something cold wouldn’t fair any better. I was wrong. After messaging with the owner, he indicated that this is to be dissolved in room temperature or cold beverages like water or milk. I tried it this morning and it dissolved very well in my almond milk. As an added benefit, I then added some of what I already dissolved to my coffee, and no curdling! It was great. So, know that this will not dissolve in warm or hot beverages. The owner was very responsive and offered me a refund and to send me more so I could try it again. I still had some packets left and I really didn’t want a refund and now it seems that all is good. I was very impressed with the customer service and taking time to educate me (in a very polite way) on the product. 5 stars for portability, taste, and customer service.

I put in a lot of effort with lifting and exercising, so I want to make sure I’m maximizing every gram of muscle that I’ve worked for. These protein packets have been a game-changer! I keep them everywhere—my daily bag, car, and desk at work—for a quick and convenient snack. The fact that they include creatine is such a bonus, saving me from carrying around separate bottles of protein and creatine (if you know, you know). I travel a lot, and these packets make it super easy to stay on-track with my protein goals no matter where I am. The chocolate flavor is rich and surprisingly thick, which helps satisfy my hunger and keeps me from reaching for unhealthy snacks that I know I should avoid... I'm very glad I found this option, and I wish I knew about this company sooner. Highly recommended. Note: I tried their vegan option too, and I prefer the whey - but they're both more convenient than anything else I've tried.
