If I order a machine pack that has components included, which components will I receive?

All our machine packs come with safety back badge components. Other components can be bought separately.

If I order a components set, will it contain everything I need?

Yes, a set of components will comprise of all parts required to make a badge. All you will need is to create your artwork.

What paper do you recommend I use?

For best results, we would recommend using normal printer paper with a thickness of 80-120gsm. We do not recommend using photo paper due to the finish and getting stuck in the machine.

When do I use a spacer?

Spacers are only used in 45mm and 58mm machines which are supplied in the second die (where the back badge is used). The spacer only needs to be removed from the die when making keyrings to enable the ring to be passed through the cut out in the die.
