Helping stress migraines
I bought this because I have migraines almost all day for months now due to stress. I’ve tried many things and this has been stopping the migraines. I was doing 1.5 dose at bedtime. By AM, I don’t have any pain. I just ordered my second bottle. It also tastes very good.

I literally sleep like a baby. I take 2ml at night about 30 minutes before bed and this has me asleep as soon as I lay down. Great product

I REALLY Wanted to Love This 😩
I was really hoping this would help me but alas, in regards to the weight gain, another one bites the dust! I feel as if I am in perimenopause at 43 because I have gained weight but eat less, eat healthier than I ever have and get more exercise than I use to! Nothing helps. Always slightly overweight (need to lose 10-20 lbs), fatigued, have major unexplainable hip pain and moodiness and I am NOT interested in meds from a doctor! I have been taking this for 4 months solid now and I even upped my dose a little beyond recommendation, nothing. Didn’t even lose one pound. I give it 3 stars because I have noticed a change in my mood! I am calmer and more relaxed now. I don't take ANY prescribed medications at all except some seasonal allergy meds as I am a farmer and outside all day; otherwise, nothing at all! It does taste fine, I actually like it. I don't even put it in a drink, I just take it straight. But sadly, not effective for me personally. But I can vouch that it helped with mood stabilization!

I like it so far
I’ve been taking this for about two weeks, give me a little energy, boost my moods, causes cramping though for us women and I thought that was odd. I mix mines in some orange juice and it’s perfectly fine.
