Mixing this with something else, and it seems to be effective in loweringmy blood sugar. The nutrients in this are solid, they seem to be doing what I’m purchasing them for, and they also seem to be an excellent value for my money. I haven’t noticed any difference in my energy level, but that’s not claimed, the taste is very sweet and pleasant, overall this is very easy to use
