I LOVE this product. All pure MCT C8 oil which is super ketogenic in that it produces 3x the ketones of C10 MCT oil. I like to blend it in with my coffee which better helps it get to the brain and it's a nice burst of clean mental energy. Be careful with the amount you initially use though because of the MCT oils, it is the one most likely to cause "disaster pants" if your digestive system isn't used to it, so maybe ease into a full tbsp. Also being that it is tasteless, you could also mix it in which some foods to get it in. Overall, this is a fantastic, high quality, greatly ketogenic MCT oil (that comes with a pourer) and I HIGHLY recommend it! 👍

I’ve been keto on and off long before it was ever a “thing”- about 13 years now. In the past, there was pretty much one choice for C8 oil...and for some reason, that brand gave me gastric distress unless I used it in incredibly small increments throughout the day. Keto turning into a trend has introduced some terrible products from some fly by night companies looking to capitalize on the popularity...and some great new products from companies like LevelUp. This is one of the newcomers that made me super excited: this is hands-down the BEST C8 I’ve used. I don’t understand how, but it gives me ZERO GI distress, even when used in large amounts. No pain, no nausea, no bloating. I mean nothing. The price seems steep compared to other MCT’s...but you need to keep in mind that this oil is comprised purely of caprylic acid (c8), with the other fatty acids, capric (c10) and lauric (c12), removed. If you’re new to this and you don’t know why this is important, studies have shown that C8 increases plasma ketone response, reduces blood glucose levels, has improved GI tolerability, possesses antimicrobial properties, so on and so forth...and it does this much more effectively than the other fatty acids that comprise most run of the mill MCT oils. Do some googling. The research, while limited, is strong enough that I’ve started to ingest small amounts of c8 with any carb intake (like my vegetables) as sort of a “glucose safety net”. Just watch your calories if you’re doing this diet for weight loss purposes. Other great things to be said: Completely odorless and tasteless, blends seamlessly and smoothly into anything I put it in, reduced hunger, raises ketone levels on a blood stick, the palm oil used is certified sustainable, and the price per serving (while steep) is equivalent to or usually lower than any other comparable c8 on the market. It’s become a staple for me. Just try it. You won’t be disappointed.

I really like this product, So Much better than store brand I've tried. Been taking for about 3 weeks & I've much more energy & better digestion! I put in my coffee w/Vital protein, No flavor.

After reviewing numerous Peer Review Studies @ NIH on C8-C10-C12 I decided to go with a pure C8 MCT as it has been proven to be the one that generates Ketones. I choose LevelUp C8 based on: Dark Glass Bottle with a dispenser; No negative reviews; and price. I definitely made the right choice. Product arrived within 48 hours of order placement and expertly packaged. I contacted seller about an issue with the dispenser and seller responded immediately and quickly resolved the issue. Great customer service is always a big Ups! But most surprisingly it had a positive effect that I wasn't looking for. I Ruck on weekends over hilly terrain. I followed my normal supplement regime except I replaced my Breakfast Bar with 1 Tblsp of LevelUp mixed into 1 Tblsp Organic Heavy Cream and a little Spring Water before heading out. There was a definite energy gain over the Breakfast Bar - but I expected that. This energy gain became more apparent on day 2 as I was neither dragging nor unfocused for the last mile. At this point I was satisfied with my purchase of LevelUp MCT. But it was Monday morning that the unexpected happened. As I was descending the 15 step staircase from bedroom to kitchen I became aware that I wasn't "cheating" to compensate for my RA knee. I was for the 1st Time in Decades descending normally and Without any Pain. And I hadn't taken any C8 beforehand. I slowed down and descended the final 5 steps in slo-mo just to confirm that I wasn't imagining something that I hadn't even expected. I wasn't. Now even my chi kung practice has improved with deeper calmer horse stances where 20 minutes seem like 10. I'm not claiming I'm cured, at least not yet. Research indicates that C8 MCT can pass thru the inner membrane of mitochondria while C10 & C12 cannot. Perhaps this is the key that unlocks its notable efficacy. Whatever it is I have only experienced 1 other supplement that had such an immediate positive impact and that was c.1970 when I first tried Viobin Wheat Germ Oil which within 1 week turned my "loving spoonful" into a "loving ladleful". But I was just 19 at the time so there's that. NAC which I started c.1993 is still my #1 and Whey Protein - started c. 2001 - is my #2. But with less than 2 weeks of use LevelUp C8 MCT is my new BFF. Resisting the urge to do 2 Tblsps...

I used to take MCT oil from different brands and i never had any issue. Once i used this brand . My acid reflux is horrible, GI issues, allergic reactions, feel sick . Its like not an Oil . Maybe its a transmission oil . Not MCT
