I LOVE this product. All pure MCT C8 oil which is super ketogenic in that it produces 3x the ketones of C10 MCT oil. I like to blend it in with my coffee which better helps it get to the brain and it's a nice burst of clean mental energy. Be careful with the amount you initially use though because of the MCT oils, it is the one most likely to cause "disaster pants" if your digestive system isn't used to it, so maybe ease into a full tbsp. Also being that it is tasteless, you could also mix it in which some foods to get it in. Overall, this is a fantastic, high quality, greatly ketogenic MCT oil (that comes with a pourer) and I HIGHLY recommend it! 👍

I’ve been keto on and off long before it was ever a “thing”- about 13 years now. In the past, there was pretty much one choice for C8 oil...and for some reason, that brand gave me gastric distress unless I used it in incredibly small increments throughout the day. Keto turning into a trend has introduced some terrible products from some fly by night companies looking to capitalize on the popularity...and some great new products from companies like LevelUp. This is one of the newcomers that made me super excited: this is hands-down the BEST C8 I’ve used. I don’t understand how, but it gives me ZERO GI distress, even when used in large amounts. No pain, no nausea, no bloating. I mean nothing. The price seems steep compared to other MCT’s...but you need to keep in mind that this oil is comprised purely of caprylic acid (c8), with the other fatty acids, capric (c10) and lauric (c12), removed. If you’re new to this and you don’t know why this is important, studies have shown that C8 increases plasma ketone response, reduces blood glucose levels, has improved GI tolerability, possesses antimicrobial properties, so on and so forth...and it does this much more effectively than the other fatty acids that comprise most run of the mill MCT oils. Do some googling. The research, while limited, is strong enough that I’ve started to ingest small amounts of c8 with any carb intake (like my vegetables) as sort of a “glucose safety net”. Just watch your calories if you’re doing this diet for weight loss purposes. Other great things to be said: Completely odorless and tasteless, blends seamlessly and smoothly into anything I put it in, reduced hunger, raises ketone levels on a blood stick, the palm oil used is certified sustainable, and the price per serving (while steep) is equivalent to or usually lower than any other comparable c8 on the market. It’s become a staple for me. Just try it. You won’t be disappointed.

This is the only mct c8 I will buy. I highly suggest you buy it in the brown glass bottle. I purchased the 16 ounce because the bottle is easy to handle. With the subscribe and save discount and coupon it was very reasonable. I also purchased the thirty two ounce bottle for refilling the 16 oz bottle. Both bottles come with an insertable pour spout that is very convenient for dosing into your coffee or wherever you're using it. The 32 oz bottle is really the better value but it's too heavy for me to use every day. So I bought both. I have used it in the past and it really does help my energy levels. At 73 I need all the help I can get. Very happy I was able to get such a quality product at a reasonable price.

This is really really good mct but their sealing process needs a lot of help. Only one bottle out of five have come without any dumped. Their protective packaging is excellent. All they need to fix is their seal under the lid. They need to put a foil seal instead of a thin plastic one that pops off. See Picture. It’s always is half way slid off, like it can’t hold Up To the oil and the shipping. It does come with a very nice oil salad dressing pour valve though. I haven’t tried it yet cuz I always just dump Into my coffee or shakes, but it looks handy.

Great pure C-10 MCT oil. Has a slightly coconut flavor but very subtle. I prefer the glass bottle over the plastic. I have purchased both but if the price was within a few dollars I go with the glass. I usually add it into my hot cocoa drink. I use it to supplement my Keto and intermittent fasting lifestyle.

I used to take MCT oil from different brands and i never had any issue. Once i used this brand . My acid reflux is horrible, GI issues, allergic reactions, feel sick . Its like not an Oil . Maybe its a transmission oil . Not MCT

I was 97.5 kilos and needed to lose weight. Entering ketosis is not easy but this really helped. By day two I was definitely producing ketones (buy some ketone sticks, you need them). Actually, so am I. To be sure, it is not the only reason I have lost a lot of weight but it was an important part of the jigsaw. By the way, if you are thinking of doing a ketogenic diet, go and see your doctor first. They will support you if they think it is appropriate.

I took 1 table spoon of this product,in a smoothie each morning,and after the 4th morning noticed the fact I sprang out of bed at 8.30 am ,and not whacking the alarm on snooze,but even better than that,is the fact I need no cat nap in the mid day , I have a systemic hospital caught infection,and taken a myriad of anti biotic, gained 2 stone,and feel terrible to be honest,but 4 days on this I feel lively and completely motivated to loose the weight,I started doing gentle step aerobics, just today,and cycled for an hour yesterday, I am very proud of myself, and I put it down to this product, because nothing else has changed,so it's doing something good in side my body,I shall update in a month apx,with my weight loss,even if it's 3 or 4 lbs I'll be thrilled !! So I'd definitely recommend this product for its ' waking up ' type effect,and giving motivation a boost.
