Hello friend, it has a charge indicator in top right corner, when the radio is charging, the icon flash, when the battery fully, three full bars showing on the screen indicates a full charge.

Dear Friend, Thanks for your question! The radio fit 3.5mm earphone jack, but can't with mic. we don't have ear buds to sell on Amazon.
