This product is AMAZING! My skin is definitely smoother & fine lines have decreased. BUT the most impressive result for me is the ENERGY BOOST! I don't need an afternoon caffeine hit anymore! The box says you can take it daily, but the literature inside says it's scientifically proven that just twice a week is enough so I figured I'd start with twice a week and increase if needed, but I haven't needed to.
