Yes. The Clench Band Handle is designed to work well with loop style (power/strength/ pull up assist) resistance bands up 1.75" width.

Q: Are there any videos that show you how to use the handle?

Yes. The info card included in the package has links to the Clench Fitness website which has videos demonstrating how to use the handle along with exercises and workouts. We also post exercises and workouts daily on Instagram and Facebook.

Q: I am concerned that the edge of the handle could cut or fray my band during use, are the edges sharp?

No. The edges are rounded and its well made!

Q: How many bands can be anchored to the handles when working out with the handles like a chest press? Multiple bands at once? How about all the bands?

I would say that it would depend on how thick and wide the bands are. I have only used one band but it was the 2nd most highest resistance. I’m not sure i would load more than one band.
