I personally think they work better as an Asian noodle because they much more rice noodle consistency. I had it as an Italian style spaghetti substitute and it was fine. Not amazing, not bad at all. Just rinse really well before eating or heating. Big warning though, these do not digest. How ever they go in, that’s how they’re coming out. Chew your food, folks.
