Great laptop and very fast.

I've had this HP laptop for one month now. It arrived in good shape, worked right out of the box, and was easy to set up. And I'm not a computer whiz. It came with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 2024 preloaded on it. This was appealing to me. It cost a little more than I planned to spend, but I'm finding it was money well spent. I had to communicate with the seller a couple of times. They were very prompt in replying and easy to work with.

If I could give no stars I would. Took a chance and bought an HP notebook from this seller and the internal microphone was not working. Was on the phone with HP tech support for over an hour and they couldn't fix it. It's a hardware problem.I will have to send the notebook to HP and they will keep for minimum 2-4 weeks. No time for this type of hassle. My son needs this for school. Obviously, seller did not check the computer before they sold it. I will never take a chance on a product like this via Amazon again. Go into a Best Buy or get what I need directly from the company i.e. HP website. You've been warned.

I have been very happy with this laptop. Very lightweight but very fast loading and operating. Great bundle deal with Office included.

I don't like the keyboard. I have to use more pressure on the keys. Other than that, it works fine.

This laptop computer comes with great hardware features (64GB RAM, 2TB SSD) and Windows 11 Pro bundled with MS office software at a very reasonable price. I was delighted with the purchase. However, I do want to point out that for the laptop that I received, the biggest issue was audio. It took me several hours to get the audio issue addressed. I wrote a detailed review of the audio issue but somehow Amazon won't let me pose the original product review. So, I have to rewrite the review. The issue is basically the audio volume does not respond to volume adjuster. It is either mute or 100% max. volume. Restarting Windows Audio services did not address the issue. Manually updating the driver under Sound, video and game controllers (Device Manager) could partially address the issue but it renders the input device (built-in microphone array) useless, meaning the computer does not recognize the audio input device. The only way to address the issue is to update AMD drivers (Amazon does not allow me to post the link here). Look for "Auto-Detect and Install Driver Updates for AMD Radeon™ Series Graphics and Ryzen™ Chipsets". Now, the drivers update was able to address the audio issue I encountered with my laptop. The readers have to make their own assessment if they run into similar audio issues. Hope this helps.

Bought this for my daughter who is in college. She loves it. It’s light weight. The only thing I suggested was the keyboard doesn’t light up. It’s fast and a good buy!!

The delivery was fast and the product package was intact.I have used this laptop for nearly a month,and everything works great. It is fast and has sufficient memory,which is great for my daily work and study.
