I wanted a simple tool that I could keep at my desk or by the sofa to get some passive training in while working or watching TV. I have been using this daily for about three weeks. I usually do high repetition sets on the lower settings and shorter sets on the max resistance. Performance and Experience The standout feature is the adjustable resistance dial. It allows you to change the tension from very light (22 lbs) up to quite heavy (132 lbs) just by twisting the knob on the front. This is excellent because my partner can use it on the lower setting and I can crank it up for myself without needing two different devices. I was worried the plastic might dig into my palm but the ergonomic shape fits the hand well.
