The buffalo summer sausage was very good, fresh and tasty and not too hot. A nice size for the price. Good value for the money.

Like so many others, I agree, this Thuringer Sausage was the WORST I've ever had! Everyone is totally correct in saying that it's MUSHY, NO FLAVOR, PASTY and have NO TASTE! If you think you can just slice pieces off to eat with cheese and crackers for a snack, FORGET ABOUT IT! It just falls apart. It doesn't cut like salami, but more like canned tuna! And there is absolutely NO FLAVOR, TEXTURE or TASTE! NONE! A complete waste of money. And since it's "food" you can't get a refund! Just money lost! Truly, ppl aren't trying to be mean, just that this product is bad! Very bad!

Fast shipping. The flavor of this sausage is spot on delicious! Cuts easy. The flavor is what I expect from Thuringer sausages. Very good. I will buy it again!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I received this and it was the most unappealing sausage I have ever had. It was greasy looking, soft and mushy, had what looked like fat and grease all in the package. It lost it's vacuum seal when delivered. The color looked off, almost pale looking. Very very disappointed! I eat a lot of summer sausage and game sausage and this was a horrible experience. I would have rather bought one from the Dollar store. What a waste of my money!!

I tried all different high quality blend of sausages. This is one of the best of it classes for the texture, pure lean and moldings taste. Well done.

They should change the description. It says venison made with beef but it's made with pork, which I have an allergy too. Good thing I read the package before I ate it. That's a dangerous game to play.
