* 18 month WARRANTY IS INCLUDED PLEASE READ. I absolutely adore these open ear, ear phones. When I have them placed, they are not in my ear but they cup my ear pretty nicely. I love how they aren’t in my ear and irritate me, Infact they make me enjoy whatever I’m listening to more better. There is clarity in everything from the design, weight and the actual product. The connectivity is out of this world as you can walk around away from your connected device to do something and still have crisp sound. you also get warranty for 18 month, it’s a simple process as you need to scan bar code, which directs you to a form, fill it out OPEN EAR RING, Your name, email, and order number. The form will be sent off and you’ll get a certificate too emailed to you. You do need to apply within 14 days. The batteries on these things are also impeccable as I was up for the night and I listened to music, YouTube vids etc. I’ve still got 80% charge. It will take some time to get use to as I was a wired ear bud wearer for years now I have the piece of mind to be comfortable, stylish and not having to deal with tangled wire. The quality is insanely amazing and it was a good price as I got them on a deal. Best deal ever and money well spent. A satisfied, happy customer thank you.

New to open ear earphones but these were easy to set up app and pair to mobile phone. They sound very pleasant once they are on the right way round! The larger bit with the logo goes behind the ear and the black bobble earphone bit; the speaker is well hidden and goes to the front of the ear. Can’t get the volume to go up or down but may just take a bit of practice using the earphones I used my music app to adjust the volume. The Tozo app has an EQ with choices of genre and also a customised EQ. Fairly comfortable to wear but I have only tried for 10 minutes so far and certainly more comfortable than ‘stick in the ear’ earbuds. Sound as expected is not as good as noise cancelling earbuds but sensibly and why I wanted to try open ear earphones; I can hear traffic when wearing these outdoors. The case charges using a USB-C cable and is not wireless charging as suggested by AI questions and Amazon advert. Tried charging on 2 different wireless chargers but no luck. The case will hold a charge to power earphones when away from home. I like the simple power meter to show how much charge is left, just wish the case could use a wireless charging pad.

I LOVE THESE. WOW. so comfortable you forget you’re wearing them and the sound quality is incredible. As a musician, I am very critical of sound quality and usually find non apple earbuds or earphones a bit tinny. Ok for audible I guess but not good enough for music. I love hearing the bass whilst balancing the levels and hearing all the range of sounds and elements instruments/vocals etc. I refuse to pay £100s for apple earbuds and I cannot imagine they would better these. A great price and a quality product. I’ve had them nearly a week and rarely taken them off. I’m only just today recharging the pod they live in. I am amazed as I was a bit sceptical having always had the standard ear buds. Once you get used to putting them in differently they sit comfortably and lightly around the ear. They instantly connect and stay connected really well too - I can walk all around the house with my phone in one room. The touch functions work well. I have to say I prefer a button press as it can be easy to activate the wrong function by touch (with all touch function earbuds) but they seem a rarity so I have accepted the change. I tend to operate most functions from my phone anyway just using the pause / play (double tap) function when out walking or at the gym. They stay in place when I’m working out at the gym even when changing tops - A major benefit over traditional ones which are easily pulled off. You really do forget they are on as they feel so much more comfortable than the traditional bud style. I also prefer to be aware of my surroundings - these do not cancel out noise - I have headphones for that but still prefer these. I really cannot find fault so far. Early days but if they are still going strong in a few months I’ll update this review. 10 out of 10 so far. I’m so glad I tried something different. This is the next generation earphones at a price we can afford. Nice job TOZO !!

After about a week the right headphone become very low in volume and fuzzy, no idea why. So I had to return them, but I am buying another pair because other than that they are fantastic. The volume is surprisingly loud, the bass is even pretty good for earphones this size, I was totally happy listening to music with these. They don't fall out no matter how you shake your head. The touch controls are decent enough, you tap the bit that goes behind your ear, 2 taps for play/pause, 3 for skipping, and hold for volume change. You can reprogram it. I don't recommend binding anything to 1 tap because you'll get accidental presses. They look great, looks a bit like you're wearing earrings. I'm a heavy user so the charge does not last me a day (I need a half charge towards the end of the day), but they are super quick to take off and put on, so I just put them in the charging case whenever I'm not using them, it charges fairly quickly. You can also charge one at a time, if you don't need stereo. The charging case can do 3 full charges. For the best volume, for my ears at least: Put them on normally, then slide the larger part (behind the ear) down until it tucks in right under your ear. They can only connect to one device at a time but they disconnect and connect very quickly. They have a microphone, it's not great. After a few days my ears did ache slightly where they rested, but you can just move them a little to a new position and it's fine. Quite comfortable overall, you can forget they're there. Edit: The replacement pair had the same defect, perhaps I got sent the same pair I returned? I like them so much otherwise that I will try one more time, making sure I definitely get a different pair this time (ordering before I return).

***UPDATE** I really liked these but they gave up the ghost within a week. Started making a weird beeping noise intermittently. Tried updating, reconnecting, etc, no go. Very very very slow customer service and only option was to send another. Ended up returning and going with another brand with no issues. If these work for you, great... it's when they don't work that's the issue** Original review.... I didn't but these with the intention of listening to headbanging music with lots of bass. If you're looking for the best sound quality you need to be looking elsewhere. For listening to music casually these are great. I use them for a little bit of music but mostly podcasts and audiobooks while I'm doing something else as they are not as invasive and don't distract you from the outside world such as in an office, on a train/bus. My daughter saw these and got green with envy so no doubt I'll be buying another pair shortly I didn't think they would feel very pleasant as never tried these earring type earbuds. I have tried bone conduction, in ear and over ear. Do these sound better. Yes of course. But I'm not an audiophile. I hate having things in my ear and find earbuds make my ears itch and become uncomfortable after a while, whilst over ears make my ears sweat and are very heavy. These weigh nothing, you barely notice them. Very firm grip and you can maneuver them to get a bit better sound but overall still great. Take a little getting used to and honestly you forget they're there. Touch control is great, fit is great, nothing bad to say. The case is lovely and sleek and display is awesome. As for the app, definitely download it and personalised the equaliser. For the price, an app is very generous and transforms the sound quality. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and for the money you're getting a premium quality set of earbuds/earrings. No doubt I'll be buying an additional pair or 2 this Christmas. Well done TOZO. I had no idea what Ear buds were before a friend showed me theirs. I’ve only been used to the headphone type – and whilst I love them – and they have their uses – especially when travelling and using in-house systems- these I can use whilst I’m doing my exercises and I actually forget that they are in - except for the music – they are so light. I’ve also been in the shower with them and they haven’t been affected and the sound is just as good. I’m totally impressed considering how reasonably priced they are compared to some brands. They come in a great little charging unit – very robust – and with strong magnets to keep them in. I’m a ‘baby boomer’ so always a little wary of new technology and whether I’ll understand it but this was so easy to put together – basically plug it in, charge it up and it connects seamlessly with Bluetooth and has an excellent charge time. The earbuds connect to the TOZO app (which works with our Tozo headphones – to use as above on flight and bus tours!) Very straightforward. I’m not a ‘techy’ or musically inclined person – I just love to be able to listen to all my feelgood music without bothering anyone else but also to be aware that the phone maybe ringing or there’s someone at the door. I did my research before purchasing Tozo and I have to admit that, after initially purchasing the headphones I decided to go with the same brand for the earbuds – and a new Smart Watch. I do find that it has been easy to use the same App and I know the reliability of the brand. So far, nothing to dislike.

Earphones are great, sound is good, TOZO app is amazing. The only problem for me is touch controls. Is just impossible to use them on the bed or with head gear. They are randomly turning on and off.

Io con le cuffie ho un sacco di problemi. Con gli auricolari classici non riesco a starci, mi fanno male, cadono e li trovo insopportabili. Con le cuffie, invece, dopo un po' mi fanno male ed essendo tutte con i cuscinetti, dopo qualche anno iniziano a sbriciolarsi e devo sostituirli. Ero ormai rassegnata al fatto che non potessi trovare una soluzione adatta a me. Poi ho scoperto gli auricolari a "orecchino" e mi sono detta "proviamoli, tanto ormai...". Ho fatto una bella ricerca e questi della Tozo mi hanno convinta. Non conoscevo il brand prima ma erano in sconto e mi sembravano valide. Connesse facilmente con il bluetooth, ho avuto solo qualche problema con l'app che non le trovava. Dopo aver provato creando l'account, gli auricolari si sono connessi. Questa cosa non mi ha fatto impazzire, ma ci sta. L'app è comunque fatta bene e molto utile. Per mia comodità personale, ho tolto tutte le gesture touch perché le trovo scomode. Soprattutto con questi auricolari, perché non riesco a trovare il sensore in modo agevole. Mi sono arrivate con il 99% di carica e solo adesso, dopo quasi un mese, le ho messe sotto carica. In pochissimo tempo si sono caricate, ottimo. Forse ho delle orecchie troppo piccole e, all'inizio, non riuscivo a farle stare. Ora ho trovato il modo per indossarle. Sono comode e leggere e si muovono davvero poco, per fortuna. Non mi fanno male, se le posiziono bene. Riesco a starci anche nel letto senza fastidi, sul cuscino. Non sono ovattanti, visto che non vanno nel condotto uditivo. Appoggiate in un certo modo, si sentono più forti e coprono di più i rumori intorno. In generale si sentono bene e con le impostazioni personalizzate nell'app, si possono trovare le combinazioni più adatte in base a quello che devi farci e quello che devi ascoltare. In definitiva, per ora, sono davvero molto soddisfatta perché, finalmente, ho trovato degli auricolari che fanno per me e per la forma delle mie orecchie. Spero davvero che durino nel tempo e sul lungo periodo, perché potrebbero essere la svolta.

Me llegaron 1 día antes y todo en orden. De sonido me parece que están muy bien y de duración de batería también. El modelo me parece el más cómodo si usas lentes, y como yo, no soportas los que van dentro del oído. Muy buenos para uso en la oficina.
