Clearly Seen Underwater or in the Dark
First a warning. The photo they show of the watch face in the ad is not the watch face on my watch in the dark. 12, 3, 6, 9 and the hands are bright and clear in the dark. As far as military use its too bright if on night patrol.Over all if you want a inexpensive dive watch or need to read the time in the dark I recommend this watch. Its light weight and comfortable on the wrist.

Watch just stopped working.
Had this watch for about a year when it suddenly stopped working. Assuming it was the battery I bought several that were closely, but not quite the right size. I finally took it to a jewelry store and they attempted as well to replace the battery. They informed me it wasn’t the battery, but something internal. Would love to love this watch, but I’ve owned three and they don’t seem to last very long.

Great Watch, I'm Very Pleased
I've had this watch since April and I love it. Mine came with a nylon/velcro band in addition to the rubber band that is advertised. It looks and feels great to wear, the Tritium is very bright in the dark, and it's always easy to see the time regardless of light conditions.It is worth noting that the seconds hand, along with the 60 minute mark on the rotating bezel are NOT tritium (I believe that they're phosphorus paint). The hour/minute hands along with all twelve hour markers ARE tritium. The calendar is not illuminated but is very easy to read when your environment is bright enough to do so.Like mentioned by other reviews, the bezel could be tighter (at least for my taste) but it doesn't feel very flimsy. As for the water proof aspect of this watch, it's survived rain, and other mild water exposure (like washing hands, dishes, outdoor work, laundry, humidity) but I can't attest to shower/baths, swimming or diving activities as I don't wear my watch when bathing/swimming. However if you tighten the time/date adjustment knob as the manual says to do, I wouldn't THINK that you'd have an issue.One complaint that I have (for convenience, not quality) is that it can be somewhat difficult to loosen the adjustment knob to change the date when the month changes because of how tight it needs to be for the waterproof seal. I carefully use pliers to tighten/loosen the time/date knob and usually just compensate the date so that I'm not constantly adjusting my watch. (Don't let that discourage you from this watch!)The back of the watch case says: "stainless steel case - water resistant 200m (meters) - Swiss parts Thailand movement - Trigalight - mb microtec H3 - Swiss Tritium." And of course all of the Smith & Wesson logos.The bands are very easy to change if you so choose (I'm looking into different bands for reasons NOT related to quality).Overall I'm extremely pleased with this watch and wear it everyday, in every weather condition, for work (not a desk job), college, and everyday. I hate leaving home without this thing on my wrist and love how accurate and reliable this thing really is. I always know what time it is and have confidence in this taking a punch.I've also used this watch during outdoor sports and activities (again in a very wide range of weather from rain/humidity to very cold).As a few bonuses I like how the numbers, hands, and other markings are white (which again) makes it very easy to read the time/date. It is also great that the 12 o'clock hour on the watch is orange Tritium (just as bright as green) and that under every hour marker theres the 24 hour equivalent discreetly underneath for military time (ex: under the number 1hr there's "13" for 13:00).Simply put I love this watch, my girlfriend liked it (she used it for a little over a month on 3rd shift when her Timex stopped working), it's very convenient to just read the time when working at night and not need to turn a light on, it's visually appealing, comfortable and in my opinion very well built (especially for the price point).I'd recommend this watch for outdoor people, night shift workers, and those who are thinking about trying regardless of your environment.The Tritium brightness in this watch is equivalent to my Trijicon Night Sights and Truglo TFX's for you night sight guys and gals.If I have any issues with this watches quality in the future I will update my review.

This watch is everything advertised but beware, it is small in size. It is bright and accurate, so if you are looking for a Tritium watch that is small this is it.

Best Sports Watch I’ve Owned
I’ve been searching for an ideal tactical sports watch and found Smith & Wesson’s Sports Tritium H3 T25 to be the perfect watch for me. Right case dimension and thickness (for my small wrist). Swiss tritium visibility and 200m are a plus, not to mention the fantastic look. One negative...the extra nylon strap was missing from the box but Smith & Wesson Watch Customer Service responded promptly and will be shipping the strap.

Is not Water Resistant
I returned this once already for the same reason. Wore it in the shower multiple times, No problem but once in a jazuzzi just under the surface of the water. Fogged up and stopped working.

Small but good
The reviews said it's nice looking, Tritium dial, but small. The overall size is 40mmm but the actual dial of the watchis 26mm (appx.). I have a small wrist, I love it. I was looking at another, more expensive, close call, but at 1/3 the cost, no brainer. Keeps accurate time, nice looking, strap is comfortable.

Great Tritium H3 watch. Nice and heavy, bezel works smooth with incremental clicks. Screw in crown. Hour, Min hands all have Tritium. Comes with extra Velcro strap. Hard rubber strap is nice. Same size as the Lamp Lighter Mumbai S&W in picture although smaller face. 0 marker on bezel and second hand is not tritium but luminous. After 24 hours watch was accurate with iPhone to the second. Tritium is nestled inside face secured under inner ring, which means they can't pop out. Back of watch is a matte finish steel. I have medium wrists, may look small on big wrists.

Stopped working. Crown does nothing. Just junk. Warranty refunding due to defects.
Completely failed. Hands stopped moving. Crown does NOTHING to the hands and just spins. Returned for warranty repair and informed I will receive a refund due to defects. Absolute garbage.
