Excellent mandolin
I've waited a bit before written a comment.Well this is a very good product. I use it for months now and I'm very happy.It's very sharp be careful when using it.Fruits and vegetables a cut precisely. I even cut dry duck breast ( even if it's not design for ) it works perfectly.I clean it straight after l use it and take time to dry the blade and this keep it a new.I highly recommend this Japanese mandolin

Super sharp tool!!
Great gadget which does everything its asked with ease. There is no storage facility for it so when you put it away ensure you screw up the adjustable ramp which then masks the razor sharp blade. Take great care cleaning it as it doesn't take prisoners. Store it somewhere that you cannot inadvertently catch yourself on the blade!

O so easy.
We have the big stainless steel french style and it was a faff getting it out setting up and cleaning the thing so it never got used, but this one is great.It's sharp and easy to use and clean, we only use a protective glove when using it and it does a great job.Well worth the money.
