Well I am not into hardcore gymming stuff, I bought this to full fill my daily protein requirement as everyone knows how's the hostels/pg have food quality. This time I tried protine powder from the muscle blaze before this I used to consume protinex which was much more costing than this, so bought cookie and cream flavour and I was surprised that it actually tasted like cookie and cream. I consume this with milk not with water as you know I am not into muscle building just some cardio stuff, so I don't need that instant protine intake. Can't comment on the sugar thing, as it has been mentioned on the nutritional value stricker that zero sugar but it always tasted sweet. May that flavour thing made it taste sweet. Overall it's a nice product, you guys can give it a try. After this, I am gonna try one of among mango or chocolate.

Mango flavour is very nice. If you are taking this for daily protien requirment then it is good. But guys who is serious about workouts better to choose whey. It is like milk powder only. Overall nice product.
