Looks great in pink, perfectly supportive, and easy to build! 100% satisfied!
I waited a while to write this review in order to properly test the chair, and I have to say I'm very pleased. I did a lot of shopping here when the time came to replace my old Office Depot leather chair. I didn't want to purchase another leather chair (holds too much heat, shreds and flakes off/apart after too long, no lumbar support) and I was soon suffering from terrible tension headaches (I'm 5'4, about 150 lbs). I wanted a new chair that would improve my posture while also being relatively comfortable. This chair has not disappointed me.Assembly took me a little under two hours. No parts were missing or came damaged. Spare screws are provided. The tool kit that comes with the chair does the job as intended, and the instructions are pretty clear, aside from one slightly confusing graphic involving the cushion screws. Since assembly, everything has remained structurally sound for me. It wheels well across both hard wood floors and carpet. As far as comfort, the seat is a good size and quite plush. The material of the arms & seat is dot-textured, which I suggest taking into account if that bothers you (it might make you itch). For most though, it will probably be relatively comfortable. The arm rests and seat, in my opinion, are at a perfect harmony of firmness and comfort. Not too much or too little of either. The back of the chair is wrapped in tightly-wound fabric that's breathable and feels nice to touch. Leaning back against it has never felt unpleasant. HOWEVER, I will say that I did not purchase this chair for any reclining feature; which if it does have at all, it's quite weak. If you're looking for a chair that can recline quite a bit, definitely look elsewhere! The adjustable lumbar pillow on the back does a decent job providing lower back support, especially if you're looking to better your sitting posture. It can be adjusted with the knob at the center of the X. (I did not want a chair that offered a head rest, as I find them clunky and awkward.) My tension headaches have mercifully disappeared since I purchased this model.Aesthetically, I'm delighted that this design was offered in pink! The 'X' design on the back that supports the lumbar cushion looks awesome. The chair comes in a variety of colors to suit all sorts of tastes for the home or office, there's something for just about everyone. The entire chair's materials are VERY stainable though, so I do not advise eating or drinking in the seat if you want to keep it pristine! No oil, grape juice or pizza near it, for sure!General features: the arms of the chair do lift up, though not quite at 90 degrees. There's been mentions of customers with larger shoulders bumping into them, which I can understand. I only put the arms up when I get in or out of the chair, or leave it for the night to push up against my desk. The chair raises to the maximum height (measuring from the floor to the top of the seat cushion) at 21' inches! For those who like their chair raised to an above-average height (but aren't requiring a bar stool type of chair height), this one should do the job. I prefer to sit without my feet completely touching the floor, this chair allows me that. My desk is also older & taller than average desks these days, so I wanted a chair at a height that would work well with it, and this one does. Very satisfied on that front, I don't even need the chair raised to its max height.Overall, this chair has been an incredible value, offering more features at a modest price (especially if you have a chance to use an offered manufacturer coupon). For those looking for a seat that provides more support & comfort than your standard $50-100 rolling chair with no other features, but NOT seeking an expensive seat with every possible option such as a head rest, I would 100% recommend this chair as a perfect compromise. For me it looks good, feels good, and checks every box I've needed it to!

Fashionable and high-end
The appearance of this chair is truly top-notch. The combination of black and silver is simple yet elegant. Placed in an office or a study at home, it instantly elevates the style. The mesh backrest combined with the unique structural design looks highly technological and the sitting experience is really super comfortable! The backrest of the chair perfectly fits the curve of the waist, providing excellent support for the waist. Moreover, the mesh backrest is particularly breathable, so it won't feel stuffy even in summer. Before, when I used that leather chair, my back was all sweaty after sitting for a long time, but this one has no problem at all.

Not for tall people
Not for tall people. I am 6 feet 1 inches tall and 220lbs. The lumbar support moves up and down to adjust it's height. It does not move up high enough for tall people. The lumbar support will push on your back too low and it is uncomfortable. Seat padding was descent but not great. Chair is pretty sturdy. No complaints there. The biggest complaint I would have is this. For whatever reason my elbows are always on the arm rest pads when I am typing. After awhile my elbows hurt because the arm rest padding on most chairs is a joke. Thin foam crap that wears out extremely fast. This chair is the same. Padding on the arm rest sucks. This chair might be great for some one shorter than 6 foot. My buddy sat in it and he liked it. He is only 5 feet 6 inches and the lumbar support problem I had, he didn't.It is a descent chair for the price. Descent seat. Sturdy. The net back was actually pretty comfortable. The lumbar support was nice and strong. It just needs a little more adjustment upward for tall people. It was not hard to assemble and looks pretty nice. No complaints there.I took 1 star away for the crappy padding on the arm rests.I only returned the chair because the stitching for the seat fabric to the seat itself was coming undone. I am sure it was just the machine having a bad day. I could have glue it but the chair was new. I did buy another chair but bought one that was a little bigger for taller people.

Good chair, good value
Purchased a new chair for my teenager to use for gaming and doing homework at his deck. Good value, easy to assemble and comfortable chair. One of the screw holes was not perfectly lined up but still was able to assemble with no other issues. Overall, easy to put together, easy to adjust height.

It Spins. It Exists. It’s Fine (Mostly).
If you need a chair that spins and keeps you off the floor, the Ergalithic gets the job done — emphasis on "job," not "calling."The cushion? It's there. It works. But after a few long sessions, it feels like it’s asking you nicely to move along. Not terrible, but not the kind of seat that makes you think "let’s stay here and write my memoirs."Assembly was straightforward. It spins reliably. It doesn’t creak, crack, or otherwise threaten your dignity mid-meeting.Three stars because it does the basics without any critical failures — but the experience is functional at best.Would I recommend it for a home office you actually live in all day? Probably not.Would I recommend it for a backup chair, a guest room, or the "I just need to sit and check email" corner of your life? Absolutely. It’s not a disaster. It’s not a triumph. It’s a chair that clocks in, does its shift, and leaves exactly on time.
