Q: Does it fit round crossbars?

Dear customer, HIGHRAZON kayak car roof is suitable for the beam of the round tube, it is suitable for the maximum diameter of the round tube is 3.5 inches.

Q: The straps are not long enough to connect around properly. Says 85” which is still to short and mine measure shorter. How can you get longer strap?

I ran the straps thru the molded in handles on my kayak. I also got longer ones at Walmart also.

Q: THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS!!! How the hell are we suppose to put it together, not even sure all the pieces are here!!!
