I took these at the recommendation of a doctor, work the combination of low dose naltrexone and nad+ for fibromyalgia. I have to say, it works! The LDN helped the pain, but these nad+ gummies helped me have energy close to a normal person. Oral nad+ doesn't absorb as well as patches or injections, but I find those methods too intense so this is the perfect dosage for me. Do not take this without consulting your doctor as it will supercharge your energy, and can cause insomnia. But if your doctor said to try it, start here!

Wow. My fiance and I have recently started taking these and on top of feeling good We both have noticed our nails growing out faster. I have noticed quicker bruise healing. He noticed a cut he got healed faster. This is anecdotal of course but it’s just worth saying that we definitely think these are the cause of our sudden well being .

There is no evidence that I have found that levels of ingredients in gummies are what they purport to be. Having said that there is also the question of sugar and sweeteners and their cumulative effect. I would appreciate more research and transparency.

Nasty flavor

This is a nice quality supplement. I have not noticed any positive or negative effects. Before taking a supplement always consult your doctor. I had no issues with the taste and texture of the supplement. The flavor is orange. Do your own research before taking. Seemed to be ok. I did not notice a real change either way.
