I highly recommend these vitamins. I didn’t know why I was B vitamin deficient and so I read some things on it and they said anybody over 40 years your vitamins don’t extort or you don’t have it or something well my hair I had a lot of issues with my hair and skin and my energy. I was just so tired all the time I started taking this by the 10th day I saw a big difference Now I just put about fourth of an inch under my tongue and drink water with it once a day and I’ll tell you what it’s well worth it. You might wanna try it and see how your energy level changes and I’m sure my hair is gonna get better too.

Tastes is not bad at all I place it under my tongue it has a berry flavor, I bought this because I was anemic and quite weak in my legs along with my iron pills thy helped me quit a bit I’m almost 80 years young, with still a lot of spunk.
