Very cool product easy to set up and a nice addition to any room

Really good and easy to use. Just be aware that it comes with a US plug. But it supports usb power input so it's great. Pay attention that the usb supply must be at least 20W.

1st Digital frame purchase Didn't notice before, theirs A cost of sharing to allow uploads from other individuals. You do i think 5 GB free to start with. Mounted frame on wall, could be user error, way I placed it or the cord direction plugged in. Placement vertical, Keeps going off center, slightlyto the right. Tried to use different nail position, straight and angled. At random times, the auto rotation activates, not like the level off like that. Times, A restart is needed. Other times, backing out & starting loop view works. Easy to use, App function not to bad, other then my difficulty uploading a 2second vid, but had less difficulty uploading a 6sec vid. Unfortunately, can loop vide and pics together. Wish it could, for frame pictures basically all of my dogs photos few I have. Wifi connectivity worked and set up nicely though frame isn't to far from router, and I have a wifi signal extender in home. Clarity looks how it would be on my phone, even after some old photos fixing up image quality with laptop, viewed like any recent photo taken.

Absolutely terrible interface. Example; once you ARE registered and logged in; you may try uploading files. You will see the Upload page. Uploading. No uploads in progress. Zero hints that your upload is already complete. If you happen to go ahead check the completed tab; you will find them. More. System Update. Big image. Again; ZERO indications for how to get back the menu. More. Even though registered and connected to your frame; you will continue to see Register page, time after time after time, asking you to connect as a new user. More. Not really happy with the log in page. More. I can find no way to manage albums. I will stop there for now.

This was bought for my mother-in-law as a gift. Once we got it out of the box, it was very easy to use and we had it set up in less than 10 minutes. I had no problems uploading photos to it, and my mother-in-law has uploaded photos to it several times since we originally set it up and has had no issues whatsoever. The memory holds quite a few photos and while we bought an additional memory card to put in it, we have not yet used it.

I originally purchased a Frameo digital frame and did not like the app it requires to upload pictures, so I purchased this Kodak frame and it is so much better! The quality of this frame is far superb than the other one. It also looks bigger because of the inner border. The display is bright and the interface is so much more professional and easy to use, but the thing that really sold me on this frame is the amount of options you have to add photos. I didn’t want to go with a frame that required WIFI. This frame comes with a USB port that you can plug a flash drive into or an SD Card port. It made for a great gift that my family can enjoy seeing all the adventures we have been on together.

After using it for 2 months, have taken one more star off it as it’s not as reliable product & keeps hanging after running good for few days.
