Q: Is it possible to use it with relay swith pump?

I use mine with a 1/2 horse shallow well pump and it closes to cause the switch on the pump to close. This is the second one I've bought. The relay on the first started vibrating on and off. I don't know if the pressure variations caused it to do this but replacing the solenoid is half the cost of a new one so I'm giving this model a second chance and hanging on to the receipt as it has a lengthy guarantee.

Q: what is the total length of the valve from tip to tip?

I actually measured this with calipers. It is 5.25" (5-1/4" or 133.35mm).

Q: Want does the on off switch do?

On is manual operation; off is solenoid operation.

Q: Valve failed, replaced, still bad, tested components, no continuity on male coaxial plug. Where do I order a new plug for my valve?
