My favorite setting is the very first pattern (01). I decided to go with this specific model because I really didn't want to have wires everywhere, especially if im out traveling, shopping or wherever. But it does in fact work very well. Ive been using it off and on for about a month now. The stickiness on the pads go away after the 2nd or 3rd use, but simply put some water on the sticky side, wipe them off off with a finger a few times, let them air dry for a few minutes, and put the plastic protective piece back over them and they are as good as new. What kind of black magic is this, anyway? Fantastic. Becareful not to drop the case as the lid seems a little brittle/flimsy, but besides that, everything else seems pretty solid. As with anything, talk to your doctor before trying this.
