I have tried other mouthguards for snoring/sleep apnea and they usually hurt my bottom teeth because they push on them so much. This one does NOT push on your teeth at all. I started using it 4 nights ago and my husband claims to not hear any snoring. I have slept great and have woken up so easy every morning (not the norm for me). There is some slight jaw discomfort in the morning, but nothing crazy. So far, this mouthguard has been amazing and I would highly recommend! I have not been paid and am not some bot typing this!!! If you struggle with sleep apnea/snoring - get this today!

I followed the instructions, but found the device to be bulky and uncomfortable in my mouth. It repeatedly fell out during the night, regardless of how I positioned or adjusted it. Unfortunately, it did not work for me.

Works great! Easy to adjust, comfortable to wear, and actually reduced my snoring. Took a couple nights to get used to, but now I sleep better and don’t even notice it. Solid quality for the price.

My wife has been complaining about my snoring for some time. I decided to give this device a try. The book and bite fitting is easy enough. Adjusting the lower has can be difficult. It is bulky and the hard plastic parts have some sharper edges that can be irritating to some. I can say that my wife no longer feels the need to shake me to stop my snoring. If they redesign this device with softer edges an less bulk, I would give more stars. It works well enough as is.

This is my third mouth guard for snoring. My first two barely let me breather at night. This one does a decent job. Not Perfect but my wife says it works. I just ordered a new one after 6 months so that goes to show you I like it enough to buy it again.

BEST SLEEP OF MY LIFE!!! I have sleep apnea and this literally changed my life. I breathe deep and heavy through the night without struggling. I wake up in the morning refreshed because my brain and body has just had eight hours of rest with plenty of oxygen. AMAZING PRODUCT!!! (Also, I purchased one mouthpiece, and I ruined it because the water was boiling when I dropped the piece in the water, I reached out to RYAN and he sent me a BRQND NEW mouthpiece at no charge within 24 hours) Thank You RYAN.

Don't purchase unless you have a LARGE OR EXTRA LARGE MOUTH. My dentist says I have a normal, average size mouth, so I bought this item with the impression that I could use it without issue. Upon delivery, I opened the package and read the instructions. Before I put it in hot water, I did the "fit" test. I can't get this in my mouth properly, and get both top and bottom to touch the item at the same time. The description says it fits most, I assumed that meant an average size mouth. I apparently didn't notice that this item could not be returned or refunded before I bought it for $40. So I can't get a refund, I can't use the device, so I've basically wasted my money.

My husband picked this out for himself. It didn’t work at all; which is just as well I suppose since he also said it was uncomfortable and he wouldn’t be wearing it in the future anyhow. I personally wouldn’t have picked this anyhow as it was way overpriced for what it is when there are products that work and are comfortable for half the price.

I have used for 15 years a different brand, each one lasting about 2 years. However, I decided to change to a new one since somehow my mouth had adjusted to it, I was snoring again. I decided to give a try to SlientZPro and I am very happy with the change. I have used it for 3 months and it has been quite successful. I like that it has more levels of adjustment that the other brand. My wife is happy again. I read other reviews, and the comments on bulky and jaw hurting are true of most of these type of devices. I don't have any of those problems since since I have used one for many years and it took me a few months of use when I first started using the previous device. I can only speak for my experience, but the SlentZPro is made of quality materials and it does it work effectively. I highly recommend it.

Size chart is not appropriate it's made for a kid not an adult! Totally uselesss...

I have tried many versions of these, and this one actually works. Other have adjustments on the side, and they move during the night and become ineffective. This line you actually take 2 half’s apart and set to desired settings, and reassembly, it stays put. Wife, is very happy

Need to mold it properly. First few nights uncomfortable but do get used to it. Helps with snoring somewhat but not entirely.
