Works very well to dry & heal hooves in horses. Do not use on hoof wall, only the sole as it is very drying/caustic. It’s also very purple & hard to wash off your hands so use carefully

My farrier friend (of 50+ years) recommend this product for my Appaloosa that has white, flat front hooves. He sent me a bottle several years ago. Tried it & it toughened up his hooves in 2-3 applications.Now I use it before rain events, such as hurricanes, to toughen up his soles before the deluge. Did do before both Hurricane Helene & Milton this year & his feet were never sore.Always apply to clean, dry soles & this product WILL work as advertised. (I use a hair blow dryer to make certain the hoof sole is dry before applying.)A 4 oz bottle has lasted years, for my one horse.

Actually works at keeping thrush to a minimum during the wet months, even here in the Florida swamp. Careful that you don't use too much though, and don't get it on your skin! It will dye everything purple lol

Good stuff. Recommended by our farrier as a cheaper option to help with hooves living in muddy conditions. Easy to apply. I always use gloves.

this stuff saved my horse’s feet. been applying since january. her frogs were super squishy or basically nonexistent, her feet were terrible. she’s grown 4 healthy frogs in just under 2 months, and her feet are looking spectacular. this stuff rocks!!!

My older horse grows foot slow. This has helped harden his sole to keep a solid foot on the back. Even my farrier noticed the difference after I started using this product

Removed my horses hind shoes in January , this is a horse who has had hind shoes on his entire life and struggled w hoof rot and losing shoes , this stuff hardened his sole and got rid of rot , he is still barefoot behind now 5 months later w no lameness or abscesses .. I also use it on the hoof nails that are on his front shoes to keep hoof rot out . Works great !, I use a small paint brush and brush his hind hooves soles and the hoof nails on frt feet - had to keep front shoes on for now due to jumping him. . No more rot and glue on shoes .
