Upper limit daily is 1100 mcg. This is 6.25mg meaning 6250mcg... see the issue? Bought it on accident.

Have had no issues with these. I have never tried these but thought I would and can't of course tell how effective they are just yet. But have not had any bad reactions to them and they are sealed well and shipped well.
