I used this for my daughter's 3rd birthday. I didn't use all the pieces because there were so many but it was perfect for out theme!

This set is the whole "kit and caboodle" for decorating for a three year old's party. The theme is a little fun with the groovy VW bus and the colors are appealing to young ones- I'm thinking I'll build a theme around a scooby doo bouncy house. The set contains cake/cupcake toppers, a banner, many balloons, a few props and banner or table cloth however you choose to use it. You just need to make the cake and/or cupcakes and bring them along and your whole party decor is taken care of!
