4 Step Ladder with Handles Folding Kitchen Step Stool for Home,Anti-Slip Safty Steel Ladders 330LB

I'm an older women that lives alone and I ordered this ladder thinking that it will help me to get to the high places in my home without having to go to the garage. On a hard floor opened to it fullest it's ok but still a little shaky! If you put the ladder on a runner rug and make sure it's only on the runner rug it's ok to but still a little shaky!! On a thicker rug it's a lot more shaky! Also the handles are not tight even though I used a screw gun to tighten them so the wobble a little too. As for folding it wasn't too hard and I'm sure as time goes by it will loosen up. The ladder feels heavier than I thought too and of course it's bulkier because it's taller step ladder. I'm not going to return it but if I had to I would not buy it again!!

I purchased the 4 Step ladder, which arrived well packaged. It's pretty much already assembled except for the hand rails, which were really easy to install. I realized the rivet on the first step, which holds the left part of the step to the main frame was broken and twisted, leaving it unusable and potentially dangerous.I thought I could just purchase a bolt to replace the damaged piece, but realized that I couldn't remove it without cutting off bolt. The Seller was very responsive and understood my dilemma. The end result was that I received a 50% discount, and used that to help me purchase a basic Dremel handheld power tool. After watching some You Tube videos, I was able to cut off the damaged bolt. I went to Home Depot and purchased a bolt similar to the one that the Seller had emailed me a picture of.Now the ladder is good as new + I have a new Dremel which I can probably use for other things + now I know to cut off bolts.This ladder serves my purpose of changing home smoke detector batteries, hanging curtains and cleaning hard to reach high places.My overall experience with the Seller has been great and it's a great quality ladder for the price. I just figured that the damage bolt slipped through quality control - it happens. But, my point is that the Seller did everything to make it right, that's why I give it 5 stars.

This step stool has a ruggedness you can feel right out of the box and you feel safe when you get on it. I weigh 240 and it does not wobble or shake- you can feel totally safe when using it. This step stool will last virtually a life time.

I would recommend steering clear of this step ladder if stability is important to you. I bought this step ladder for my wife's safety. We have high ceilings and I wanted her to have a solid and stable platform to reach her high shelves safely. This product wobbles and creaks so much that she does not feel safe using it. I gave it two stars because perhaps it really is durable but I'm not willing to risk her health to find out.While this particular stepper didn't work for us the seller bent over backwards to make it right for us.

The ladder is unstable due to one back leg being shorter than the other.It also doesn't have a back leg brace at the bottom that other pictures show.After multiple attempts to return it I'm stuck with it because wrapping and returning it would cost more than what I paid for it.

I use this in my shed to reach the storage area. It's perfect for me, I'm only 5 feet tall. It's sturdy enough for me to take tubs up and down on it, also it folds up easily and it has a little lock so it won't just fold up when you're using it.

This is a great product, but it is too heavy for this old timer. I returned it for the 3 step, which was the right weight for me and use. Storage for the 4 step is a consideration, whereas the 3 step works well in my available space.

I have a high ceiling and I needed something that I felt safe using when I replaced the light bulbs. This ladder was solid on its legs and I felt safe when using it...even without the handles. It does fold up easily and is not too heavy for a senior to carry.
