My grandkids and I have been enjoying a new hobby, model rockets. The fun is spoiled if the engines don't fire properly. We've launched many many time and these engines are reliable and fire off as they should.

Engines worked well; we had no issues.

The media could not be loaded.  Product is as it should be, shipping/delivery was timely. I can not wait to use them in a rocket powered car I bought for my son, (and myself too I suppose) it's harder to find them in stores nowadays so it's great to have them sent directly to you.

although the natural choice is to try to launch a rocket so that it reaches a high altitude, this may not be the best choice. these engines are the lower altitude type.two factors argue against a high altitude. model rockets use a parachute to come down slowly. any kind of reasonable breeze makes a parachute rocket return drift. if it starts the parachute return from a high altitude the drift may take the return a long distance away. i always put a small label with my phone number on the rocket so that if this happens and it is found then i might get it back.the other factor is that if the parachute does not open (either the hot ejection gases damage the plastic parachute or the shroud lines get tangled) the rocket could fall to earth someplace that you do not see or can not get to.finally, if the model rocket is being launched for the benefit of a child then i have found that the thrill of the launch far outweighs the altitude that it reaches.
