This supplement has exceeded my expectations. After just a couple of weeks of use, I noticed a clear boost in my energy levels and focus. Been taking this for a year and have no complaints

I’m all about a supplement! Pop them in your mouth, take a sip, and go on about your day knowing you did something for future you. I love it. My TikTok algorithm, of course, did its thing and ad after ad popped up about NAD+. I mean the celebrities were taking it and raving about it and doctors were backing it up. BUT!!! NAD+ is too large and unstable to be absorbed efficiently through the digestive system. The precursors to NAD+, NR (Nicotinamide Riboside) is smaller and can more effectively absorbed. That is backed by research and is proven with results. That’s great because this supplement has NR… just a very small amount compared to the massive amount of NAD+ that simply cannot be absorbed. We’re talking 200mg vs. 1800mg, for what? Basically, get a NAD+ supplement that focuses more on the precursors of NAD+, because the 1800mg boasted about, is basically filler. The liposomal aspect has not been backed by research. I had to look it up, to be honest, the buzz words originally got me. Basically liposomal NAD+ is NAD+ surrounded by lipids or fats to protect it from the digestive system’s acids. That still does not address the fact that your body can’t absorb it. One other little fact I came across while reading some research studies on NAD+ is that the results take some time. And I’m talking about objective initial NAD+ levels in the body before taking supplements and after AT LEAST 3 months - 6 months. It’s a marketing scam backed by actual science, just not the whole story. With all that being said I do actually like the company. But the marketing aspect made me respect them a little less

Capsules are too large difficult to swallow. Horse pills and they did not work well for me. I went back to my original NAD supplement. I just really struggled to get these down my throat.

Great product when in stock gives me energy gets me three the day

Been using this product for months now gives me energy. I am bruising less and that’s really important because I have bruised very easily most of my life. Definitely recommend this product to others.

Made me sick, I've taken another NAD Brand before, these really messed up my stomach. I stopped taken them 3 days ago and stomach returning to normal. Unfortunately it's now 3 days past return window which sucks, Amazon must learn that when ordering something like this you may not start taken the day you receive it, in most cases I order a week or two prior to running out, so, if this is the case you get screwed!!!!
