They do the job
Well, they're foam earplugs. They do what they say and little else. I find them comfortable and easy to mold to my ears, they fit just fine and they block out most of the snoring from my husband and my dog. Most, not all. A white noise machine is a helpful addition. Just be aware that if you have a nosy, orally fixated per like I do, to keep these used guys out of their reach. Ear plugs are a common foreign body, especially in cats. It smells like you, therefore they must chew.

Surprisingly effective
I was struggling to sleep living by a noisy road. I used earplugs and a noise machine and it didn’t prevent me from being disturbed. I looked up best earplugs online and found that NRR 33 dB were the most sound blocking. When I got these I thought they looked like other earplugs I had and didn’t expect any difference. I was really surprised by them, they work much better than my old earplugs and block out almost all the street noise so I can sleep!

Best ear plugs out there
I’ve tried many different ear plugs, including the flesh toned ones from Mack’s and these work best for me. They are soft and conform well to the ear canal. Read the instructions as it tells you the best way to roll the ear plug do it lays correctly in your ear. Sometimes I put them in quickly and they end up falling during the night. Give it time to expand when applying, which will help them stay in place throughout the night.

Ear plugs
So the ear plugs definitely take off the edge off of loud noises. However, I will say for those like myself with narrow ear canals these may fall out of your ears or may move if you laugh or smile. These will fit people with the average ears very well and will do the job with no issue m. But, if you have the issue I have it will pop out of the ears.

Best earplugs for sleeping, muffles even our upstairs dachshund's bark!
I have used a lot of different earplugs in the past few years in my search for the perfect earplugs for sleeping. Most tend to be either too hard or too soft and just not snug enough. I use plugs for sleeping as I am in poor health and I usually (hit a wall/run out of steam) and have to rest during the day. The usual loud stuff - like my upstairs Aunt's little dachshund's barking (and he barks at everything), traffic noises, lawnmowers, and the like are dulled adequately, but most other noises are completely muffled. I recently ordered Mack's Original Soft Foam Earplugs 50 Pair 32dB in a teal blue green color and they are perfect, not too soft but not too hard and they are far more comfortable than any I have used in the past. Interestingly enough, I wasn't going to buy any more Macks because the pink ones were way too small and odd shaped, the orange were too hard, the beige were too soft, and the putty ones too uncomfortable (I used the wax ones for swimming as I can't get water in my ears). So, with my latest purchase I am glad I gave Macks another chance.

Not sure which ones to get? Get Mack's
I've bought several different brands of ear plugs, and these are the best of the lot. They stay put and are very comfortable. I can even sleep with them in, which is great as I unfortunately have neighbors who have absolutely no mindfulness when it comes to their noise footprint: loud outdoor parties, a dog that barks all the time, children that screech and yell even though it's a dense neighborhood. These are so good they even block out those worthless lawn crews who use gas-powered leaf blowers in violation of local noise ordinances.

Finally ear plugs that work!
This has been a relationship saver! To sum it up, my boyfriend snores so bad to the point I really wanted to leave him because I could not sleep next to him. I’m a very light sleeper and tried to find earplugs that #1 didn’t give me pain, #2 didn’t fall off while sleeping and #3 I actually couldn’t hear the snores with… and finally! I’m definitely buying this again. I also live next to a Main Street and it blocks out outdoor sounds. For the past 3 weeks I’ve finally able to sleep. I only reuse them twice then I toss them and use a new pair. I found that works better and it’s easier to squeeze in to the ear canal.

Not great
The quaa as pity if these is not the same as a smaller back I bought at my drug store. They are softer and don’t hold their shape.
