I had previously used magnesium citrate and magnesium concentrate in the past for sleep. They both worked pretty well. I read that magnesium glycinate is the best so I tried these gummy‘s. They are very easy to chew and taste good. The recommended dose in the bottle was two 1000 mg Gummy’s. They worked like a charm…. I read somewhere where 2000 mg is too much to take so I dropped back to 1000 mg which is one gummy. I think it still works pretty well but the two worked great.

For starters these are the best thing I’ve ever tried to help me with sleep. I was taking the wrong Magnesium for years at bed time for sleep . I seen a video of a young man and how his brain just shuts down for sleep after taking magnesium glycinate. I had to google and look things up only to realize I was taking the wrong magnesium. If you’re going for sleep it must be Glycinate and not any other magnesium, just fyi.. The serving size is 2 bears, I usually take 1 and a Half and it knocks me out just fine. No more waking up hallucinating or being disoriented from sleep deprivation . These help me to stay asleep and I’ve also noticed since I’m not tossing and turning all night long, that I get up only once for a pee break and go right back to sleep. I assure you, you will not regret trying these for sleep if you have a hard time shutting off your brain and staying asleep.

I couldn’t sleep at night and it was becoming a problem. I found these gummies and they work for me. I take two about 15 mins before bed, concentrate on breathing and I am asleep before I know it, all night. I’ve introduced two people to these gummies and now they love them and sleep all night. The cheery flavor is delicious too. They work every time I take them. They take effect quickly.

Taste great, seem to be high quality......only issue I have, they are all stuck together in the bottle. Absolute pain to get one gummy out. Either need to find a way to keep from sticking together or a bottle with a MUCH wider opening

I had purchased another brand and really liked that one. When I went back to get more, I could not purchase them any more. I decided to try these. They are working as well as the others did and have a good taste. They do not clump up melted in the container like the other did, so I will continue to purchase these as they are a good value and cheaper than the other brand.

These are soft and easy to chew. Takes everyday as I have a strong history of migraines. I think they help!!!!

They seem to work great. Only thing they stick together in the bottle it’s just annoying.

I have been ordering these in pineapple flavor for several months. I’ve been pleased with all except last order. When I opened the bottle, I noticed the color and smell were a bit different. Upon taking, they had a rancid taste as if they had been in sustained heat. Very disappointing.
