It’s beautiful and it works like a charm. I love all the different features on it. And it’s so pretty that you can just leave it on the counter. Very happy with it.

This slow cooker is such a dud! On the slow cooker mode, even on high, it doesn’t get hot! I was making chicken soup and left for a couple hours, and when I came back, it was hardly hot at all, the broth was barely warm! The return time has passed and now I’m stuck with it, wish I never bought it.

Hands down the best appliance I have ever bought. I use it every week to make a great meal. It does everything and is so easy to use. It has paid for itself in four months of constant use. Soups, stews, sauces, curries, the only thing it can't do is barbecue.

High quality crock pot that is the perfect size. The inner pot is not too heavy and the rubber handles make it easy to lift when adding food or cleaning. The controls are simple to use and there are plenty of options. Not only is it a great appliance, it looks fabulous, too! Would highly recommend. It's worth the money!

POOR customer service. Will tell you that the chipping that occurs in the first few weeks is "fine" and "not harmful" Stay far away....
