I dont know if they sent the wrong color or not. The package is not labeled. But the color is awful for a lipliner. It’s kind of a gray/brown color. It looks awful on the lips. Ug.

I love that this product is essentially self-sharpening as it is a wind-up lip liner, but be warned it cannot retract back in! It's a great base for gradient lips (if you have a fair to light complexion) for ensuring any lip tint applied overtop is true to color. Only knocked off a star because the color is a lot paler and white-based than I was expecting, so keep that in mind.

I got the lip pencil in the shade Sand Beige for shading but the consistency of the pencil is too soft and it blends away too easily. I understand the product is literally called "soft drawing overlip marker" but it's *too* soft to use for shading in the way that K-beauty overlip pencils in shading colors are meant to be used. Also, my skin is extremely pale, but the color of this lip pencil is a still bit too pale for me to use effectively as a tool to create contour shadows around my lips. With it being both too soft and too pale, this pencil is not ideal for creating this effect. I do love the design of the pencil though, and I think maybe the others shades would work better as regular blurring lip pencils to create the illusion of larger lips, but I imagine the softness of the pencils would be detrimental to longevity.

Color: 06 SAND BEIGE Not sure why, but I really didn't expect much from this lip pencil. But I'm glad that I ordered this. Turned out to be ideal for my needs. Years ago I learned how a good lip liner drawn throughout the entire lip area helps to hold your lipstick much better. This pencil looked a bit odd based on it's skinny slanted lipstick shape, but I was game for trying it out. Sure, you can use it just to line your lips, but it's perfect for layering over the entire lip area. When I first tested it out, I used it solely by itself. Colored in the full lip areas of each lip. Even ate something... and you know how eating food will cause you to lose your lipstick. When I looked later, it was still fully there. I was impressed. Usually lip liners are much drier than lipsticks, but this one is a little moister. A little creamy, but not like a moisturizing lipstick. If anything, it's more of a matte, but not dry. The color itself, Sand Beige, isn't something that I would wear by itself. It's just too pale and deathly looking, especially with my #2 somewhat pale skin tones. However, it makes for a perfect base for my lipsticks. Because it's a pale buff color, it doesn't really do anything to change the lipstick color. Blends well with the lipstick and holds it well. Ultimately, it allows your lipstick to last longer. I'm very happy with this lip liner and even the Sand Beige color.

Nice color but not waterproof at all. Too soft. It smears.
