TCL Flip3 - Verizon - 16GB - Stone Gray - Flip Phone - (Renewed)

Bought this for my 13 year old son. Has too many online features than I like but it works well for him. There's games, email, and internet surfing but they are hard to use. I wish they weren't available at all. It seems pretty durable for a 13-year-old boy.

New issue: phone keeps on shutting off needs to be placed in charger to restart even the battery is full. Phone is working very slow & freezing constantly no one to talk to reached out to customer service to contact the seller to figure out the issue will wait another few days before returning it.

Phone arrived quickly and appears new. Needed a replacement for an older flip phone that would work with Verizon and this is it! This phone model is a current offering and is available new directly from Verizon, but is so much less expensive from this seller as renewed. Just remove your SIM card, pop it into this one, and you’re good to go. I had zero issues or problems.

Great phone but was not able to use Xfinity Mobile as they wouldn't support this model. Switched to Tello and picked up a monthly plan for unlimited calls and text for just $8.00. Perfect for my son who has been hacking his iPhone to bypass our Screentime protections. Phone was in perfect working order and is great. Down side is the phone still has an internet browser and also connects to Wifi. The software is based on KAIOS which appears to be defunct since it is more than 7 years old. Cannot connect to a "server" to turn on phone protection to prevent local changes so my son just does a reset and loses all the stored phone numbers. The KAIOS Store is still online so he then loads down older style games and plays them. A challenge now as he is addicted to electronics and the sole purpose to get him a flip phone.

Bought for my mom, her old one broke and this phone is easy to use 👍

Very happy with this purchase. Phone is in excellent condition, all features of the item work with no issues what so ever. All that was needed was to update the software, be sure you have Wi-Fi capability for the software update. As well, This phone will work on the Roger's / Chatr network in Canada.

Battery won’t stay charged it’s only a month old
