Have settled on these and they have got me through plenty of long runs. They are easy to open and the flavour is good. They are just runny enough to be easy enough to swallow but not so liquid that they go everywhere when you're running along. Have tried some other brands and they were so gloopy it was like swallowing snot. Effective and the caffeine gives a boost.

I don't use these as intended at all! As a type 1 diabetic I'm prone to suffering dangerously low blood sugar. The quick acting carbs in these sports gels are ideal for quickly reversing that issue. They go down easy and mostly taste great, not too keen on the citrus one.

Not too sweet, easy to open and consume on the move. Great for daytime cycling, but not so good on an evening ride due to the caffeine!

good 2:1 gel with caffeine. Contains all you need that works ie 2 sources of the best bioavailable carbs plus caffeine that enhances performance.

This is the best value I've seen in energy gels, and I'm a particular fan of the High5 ones, due to both texture and flavour.

What's to say? Energy gels, with caffeine. Go go GO! They taste kind of bitter sweet, but they've never given me stomach problems or anything of the like (I always chase with water). These were invaluable in the later stages of my first 100Km ultra, when I was almost spent at 70Km and badly needed a pick me up. For a normal road marathon I use 1 every 30 minutes from 15 minutes before the start, and that makes holding pace in the latter stages possible. Cheapest available option I found that does the trick!

very seet tasting which i can cope with but the caffeine doesn't work for me, Don't feel great when ive consumed one. I'll still have HIGH5 but just not with caffeine.

Fab product to take before , during or after a run . I use these on my Sunday long miles run , helps to give an extra boost of energy when needed . Highly recommend.

With caffeine it gives me extra boost of energy specially with my brick sessions and race Day. Highly recommended.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Das Gel hat eine gute Konsistenz, nicht zu dick, nicht zu flüssig. Der Geschmack ist gut und ich habe es sehr gut vertragen bei meinen langen Läufen.

Das Produkt selbst ist ok,aber der Geschmack ist für mich persönlich ekelhaft.

Sind geschmacklich lecker, ob sie allerdings wirklich die Wirkung haben die sie haben sollen, kann ich schwer sagen.
