this one is quite okay. the other variant I had once was much better in taste and aroma.. kashmiri kehwa. or maybe the trend of decline in quality as usually happens once product becomes famous.

I really don’t know what stars to give hence giving 2. While the taste of the tea was good. The packaging and tea bag were of good quality; I suffered a severe case of stomach upset. I had the tea with honey in the evening and my stomach started hurting really badly after that. Next day badly upset stomach. So maybe this is not suitable for me as I already have a weak gut. Pls make your own decision if it is right for you

I've discovered the true essence of Ashwagandha tea when I'm extremely stressed, or tired. The flavor is extremely subtle, and I like to brew a large cup (300ml) for about 7 mins. The nuttiness and bitterness of the wood seeps into the water when the bags are dunked for a prolonged time. The first of this brew is wonderful, to say the least. Tension ebbs away slowly, as I enjoy a cuppa. Sometimes, I also pair it with a dollop of honey and crushed clove. But mostly, the original taste pleases me. This also works beautifully as a sleepy time drink. The tea relaxes the nerves and induces a good sleep ( it does for me anyway)
