This texture makes them stick together in large clumps inside the bottle - but not the sort of stickiness you find with most gummies - these actually fuse together, and you end up breaking off pieces as you try to separate them. I was glad to finally finish this bottle and purchase regular magnesium + L theanine caps instead.
