Because of my age 91 I found it difficult, pushing the needle through the paper cardboard. I thought it was material if you were here with. I’m sure young people who have no problem with this. Much to be learned by using it.

Total junk. The paper is way too thick to punch the cheap needle that is included with the 2 stitch books. Zero instructions on this product and there’s no easy way to figure out how to start each page. What a waste of money and I suggest buy the fabric kits to learn how to hand stitch! This is overpriced, poorly made and should be removed as a product sold on amazon!

Purchased to learn how to make simple stitches, gave one to my college age son and he loves it !

Don’t waste your money. YouTube videos are plentiful for all types of stitches.

There are no instructions to speak of.Someone who doesn’t know how to sew or embroiderwill most likely not understand what this book is about.

When I bought this product I thought it would be an easy way for my grand daughter to learn basic embroidery stitches. After receiving and looking at the material, the stitches cannot be done as diagramed. Very dissatisfied!

I ordered 1 set each from 2 different vendors. The only difference is the color and the font on the front cover. The inside of all 4 books are the same. The instructions are a drawing of where the needle goes in but no picture of the finished of how the stitch will look. Very disappointing. But they are pretty!
