OMG! I have been in high cortisol jail for so long, waking up at 2 or 3 in the morning. I have put on some pounds, and not because I eat all the time. I started taking this postpartum as I was dealing with insomnia and no weight loss despite my deficit. I researched and figured my body was in a state of stress. As soon as I started taking these, my weight loss started happening. I stopped taking them for about a week (ran out) and my weight loss was .5lbs that week.
