I'm 5'10" and got to a high of 194.4 pounds after a year of doing HIIT classes mostly during my lunch hour (I'm very sedentary at work). I did not want to stay >190, and regularly felt bloated and full in the evenings. I am naturally skeptical about these products, but tried it for myself and within 2 months dropped to 183.3 (all measured on my Renpho smartscale soon after I wake up). One thing I noticed early on is my appetite was much less thus I snacked less, my stomach was and is flatter, face is thinner, but recently increased the intensity and length of my workouts. You may notice a change in your stool during the first few weeks of taking this. I'd recommend adjusting your fiber and protein intake. I seem to have plateaued at 185-186, but am also very regimented in at least 5-6 HIIT classes per week and more protein intake than when I started GLP-ONE+. I'm still on 1 pill per day; I've been told by the manufacturer you can increase to 2 doses per day. I always take mine after breakfast. Keep in mind this is a supplement, not a magic pill. But my data certainly doesn't lie. I tried to initially keep everything the same to see if was actually having an effect. I definitely recommend if you aren't a fan of expensive injections and are willing to do the work to sustainably lose weight without drugs. Read up on Xanthohumol, it is an incredibly powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compound extracted from hops that activates GLP-1 receptors in your cells.

Excellent vitamins feel better fast

I've been taking this for 7 days now and it works for me. I feel full faster and it's controlling my cravings. I had gastric bypass surgery a year ago so this works well with my fusion multivitamins.

I love this brand for my vitamins, so I tired these to help curve my cravings. Do not waste your money. I took them for almost 3 weeks and they did absolutely nothing!!!!

Works amazing not as hungry as I was before

I've purchased this product twice and found it ineffective as an appetite suppressant but discovered a very effective laxative. After using Ozempic for 18 months, this was an amazing relief! I'll finish the second bottle but don't think I'll purchase a third.
