Gumi Clear Elastics 1 inch Hair Band Large

I had purchased these in black, for myself, a while ago. I love how much they stretch and I've yet to have any break on me. I must mention I have thick hair... and lots of it!Recently, i noticed my mom kept grabbing them to use on her own hair. Since my mom's hair is way lighter i decided to purchase the clear ones for her.She loves them, except that instead of 100 bands, there's only 73! I am truly disappointed. I know they will last long and those 73 are way more than enough, but regardless, i paid for 100 bands not 73.I wish whoever sold these would actually count them by hand to make sure the correct amount is in the box.

Sephora used to sell these small, super durable hair ties that kept my fine hair in place. For whatever reason, they stopped selling them and replaced them with an absolute crap version. After reading all the good reviews for these Gumi hair ties I figured I'd give them a try. They aren't as good as the original sephora ties, but they are durable. My only regret is that I should have gotten the large version. The small ones are really small, maybe a half inch diameter. I can still use them for a ponytail and even a bun, but I think the large ones would be easier to use.

So much better than store brands! Have you noticed how cheaply made small rubber bands are made now. One use and they fall apart. You can’t get more than one use out them. Not this brand! These last for multiple uses and they can stretch without breaking. They are great for people with fine wimpy hair like mine! They won’t work if you have thick hair.

Just what I was looking for! I don't do a lot of fancy hair styles on my girls, but these are perfect for pulling their hair back into pony tails. These are really durable, hold the hair in place well, and are easy to take out. I had been using another brand that was really flimsy and broke really easily. It's so nice to have these instead! They stretch out a bit once they've been used, but they don't break and are definitely reusable.

How do people not tear hair out with these? Tried to copy hairstyles from Pinterest and it was a fail. Epic fail. These we were delivered on time and are as described but only 3 stars as they worked the same as other small rubber bands out there. I had hoped for less hair loss based on reviews

I love these so much! You can reuse then over and over again which is miles better than ones you get at the store like Goody, etc. Which break if you touch them just 20 minutes after putting them on, or just break on their own from existing in someone's hair at all. These ones are so crazy durable and worth the higher price tag!The large are great for thicker hair or pony tails. I like the versatility of them. The small and are good too and work great for toddlers or thinner hair. X-small and smaller are very tiny and work' great for baby hair or tiny braidsthank you

I bought both the clear (large) and black (small) elastics. For my dark, wavy hair, the black elastics camouflaged the best, however, I have a lot of hair which benefited more from the larger sized elastics when doing a pull-through braid.Gumi has always been my go-to brand for plastic elastics as they've always been the most durable and long-lasting. I hope the large black elastics will be in stock the next time I need buy more.

My wife says, "these are, hands down,the BEST hair elastics EVER!! I use to buy the ones from target and they would break all the time. Never even lasted the whole day- we were lucky if they lasted more than an hour or two. These stretch out a little (not too much) but never break! Want proof? We went to the beach and my 2 girls wore the same elastics the entire week. You ladies know that sun is a cheap plastics enemy! Never broke- not one! So pleased with this product!! Now- if we could stop losing them...
