VIVO Universal Micro-Gap Flat TV Wall Mount for 43 to 90 inch Screens, Ultra Slim Profile, Mount-TVMG1

Bought the 65" Canvas TV. It includes a thin wall mount but the wall plate wasn't designed for 16" spaced studs. Moreover, I couldn't center the TV on the wall based upon where the studs were located.Looked at a number of options. Several brands have you hammer 2 dozen nails into drywall and trust it will hold. Others were more expensive. I saw this product and was immediately sold on the ability to slide the TV mounting brackets left or right along the wall plate allowing you to adjust the TV position once it is mounted on the wall.The wall plate comes in 2 sections that get screwed together. Would have preferred the plate be 1 long piece but I assume they designed it this way for cheaper shipping. Regardless, once fastened together the wall plate is sturdy. The mounting holes are slots so it gives some flexibility in lining up with studs. Even so, I had to drill holes to align with one of the studs in my wall. Not a big deal and was a 5 minute setback.The bracket plates that attach to the TV were too big to fit flat against the back panel of the Hisense Canvas TV. This was due to the TV panel design and not the Vivo wall mount. However, Vivo designed the TV brackets nearly identical to the Hisense brackets so I used Hisense brackets and it fit firmly into the wall mount. After mounting the TV, I was able to slide it to center it on the wall.Despite needing to drill holes to match a stud and using the Hisense TV bracket, I am impressed by the ease of installation and the build quality. This has proven to be a great wall mount at a lower price than some inferior alternatives. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to center a TV on the wall.

I love the fact that it get the tv much closer to the wall which helps reduce stress on the mounting points via less leverage being applied. however They should stop the two part system and just make the main bar out of one piece of metal. This is a flaw and weak point in the design and if anything fails it will be because of that design flaw.

Very flat mount. It is a little harder to install because you don't have much room to work with. You will most likely need a recessed outlet for your TV.

I used this with a 65" Samsung Frame TV that comes with a worthless but very low profile mount. I couldn't use the stock one as it didn't have enough adjustment to center my TV given my stud locations. Bought this and while it mostly resolves my issues (it's now centered). Only minor issue is it connects to the narrower, non-recessed connection points on the TV rather than the wider, recessed ones that allow for around 1/3" (10mm) more flush mounting. Not a huge deal, just be sure to push in the tv at the top so the magnets click into place and the TV is as flush as possible. Included small remote in the pic to show how flush it is.

I decided to downsize my bedroom tv and got this to mount it since I wouldn't need to swivel it. It was relatively easy to install. I've only installed a couple so I'm not overly knowledgable in the norms of tv wall mounts, but it wasn't too complicated. The tv angles down slightly but that's perfectly fine since I'm in bed when I watch it, so a downward angle is actually helpful.

This mount is pretty solid. And it does make a difference with space between the wall and the TV with how this one is designed. However, make sure you know where you are using it and how you will attach it to the wall. This one is a little different than other ones I've used in the past. The TV hangs lower that with your standard mounts. So read the instructions and have a game plan. It's not hard, just different than the other ones. Mine works great and I'm very satisfied with it.

We upgraded our TV for black friday, but it was looking kind of bad on the feet it came with. This mount let us get it under 4 inches off the wall total. The build quality of this kit is really good! I like how the actual mount brackets can slide side to side in case you didn't center the tv perfectly. It fit our 85" Hisense with room to spare. I really like the functionality of the hanger mounts the way they pop out and let you get them into the hooks. This is a really good value and seems nicer than the mounts Best Buy had! It was easy for my partner and I to install together in an afternoon. Absolutely zero complaints.
